Department: Marketing & Communications

Primary Purpose:

The Marketing Agent is responsible for promoting Housematchr’s properties and services, enhancing brand visibility, and generating leads through targeted marketing strategies. They work closely with the sales and client relations teams to attract potential buyers, renters, and investors.

 

Core Responsibilities

Campaign Development and Execution

  • Objective:  Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote properties and company services.
  • Tasks: Execute campaigns across different digital channels (social media, email, rental platforms, etc.)

 

Lead Generation and Nurturing

    • Objective: Generate and manage leads through various marketing channels.
    • Tasks: Use various online channels to generate leads that make purchases, and rent homes 

Key Requirements

  • Personal computer & stable internet connection
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Data-driven mindset for assessing campaign success and refining strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Minimum Age: 20 years old
  • Must pass a background check
  •  Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, and clients.
  •  Ability to develop unique marketing ideas that set Housematchr apart in a competitive real estate market.

Performance Metrics

  • Lead Generation & Conversion Rates: Number of qualified leads generated and percentage converted into actual clients.
